Today was a historic shift in the fight for Palestine in Canada
After months of relentless campaigning by advocacy teams across the country, grassroots mobilization, and unwavering support from Institute for Research of Genocide Canada, Canada has finally imposed sanctions on two members of Netanyahu’s war cabinet: Itamar Ben-Gvir, Minister of National Security, and Bezalel Smotrich, Minister of Finance.
These sanctions will restrict their ability to travel and will freeze their financial assets in Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Norway, and Australia.
This represents a historic change in the direction of Canada’s foreign policy. Institute for Research of genocide Canada helped make it happen.
