According to the research from academic institutions: Institute for Research of Crimes against Humanity and International Law- University of Sarajevo, Institute for Research of Genocide Canada and according to the decision made by the international courts, Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been a victim of aggression. Respectively crimes against peace and humanity occurred on occupied territories of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Bosniaks This includes the worse possible crime-genocide.
The cause of aggression on Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and genocide on Bosniaks lies at the hands of SRJ (Serbia and Montenegro) and Croatia. This includes their political leaders, soldiers and police. SRJ’s and Croatia’s intent in the aggression and genocide against Bosniaks was for the purpose of creating a greater Serbia and Croatia by splitting the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina between the two states. As a result extermination of Bosniaks was their solution to achieving their goal.
Aggression on the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and genocide on the Bosniak people was planned according to the goals of the countries involved through planned and systematic organization executed by the politicians and the army. The aggressors, the ideology, plans and collaborators are the reasons the crimes were carried out.
Genocide on Bosniaks in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was well planned and even better executed, all with the mass support of Serbian people.
The above mentioned are basic facts, deeply embedded in consciousness of all victims of genocide and human rights abuses. This reality extends into the country’s association where Serbian and Croatian political projects continue to create instability in Bosnia and Herzegovina today. These political projects continue to promote hate in the region which brings us to the question of universal human rights and civil and cultural acquisitions.
For the purpose of informing the public about the aggression on the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and genocide on Bosniaks, Institute for Research of Genocide Canada will present the facts using information based on international research and decisions made by international courts.
Never to be forgotten.15th, May 1992 in Tuzla has been the topic of discussion for years due to political manipulation and Serbian propaganda.
Through political, media and quasi academic factors Serbia and Republika Srpska have been attempting to validate their reasons for the genocide and aggression on Bosniaks. Despite the proof provided by international courts, the court in London and even the National court in Belgrade, Serbian nationalist propaganda persistently spreads lies about an attack on a JNA convoy on May 15th in Tuzla.
The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada is taking this opportunity to remind the genocide deniers that this specific event is not about the attack on the JNA convoy but instead the legal procedure taken by Tuzla police at a time of defence.
During the days in May of 1992 soldiers under the command of Mile Dubajica in boot camp “Husinska buna” in Tuzla thefts occurred in army storage that were property of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. More specifically this was property of Tuzla, Lukavac and Srebrenik municipality which contained explosive content, weapons and the rest of military items. Dubajic brought in regular transport trucks that were not authorized to transport explosive material and loaded the trucks with stolen explosive instruments and other items. Not only were people’s lives in danger but he did not make the police aware of his activities. He did lead the convoy but in his own army vehicle while the police monitored this convoy like all others. Soon after there was an exchange of fire between army vehicles and as a result there were casualties due to the explosives that were on the trucks behind Dubajic’s army vehicle. If Dubajic acted like other officers who passed down the same road before and after that convoy, that day would have unfolded differently.
By May 15th 1992 there were no members of the JNA army, instead there were members of Karadzic’s and Mladic’s paramilitary, established May 12th, 1992. These paramilitary members soon became known as the members of the SRJ army or the aggressors.
The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada demands that the international, European and Bosnian and Herzegovinian institutions immediately coerce any Serbian nationalist propaganda that continues to state that the RS army and JNA army were attacked by Tuzla police in May 1992.On behalf of countless victims of aggression and genocide, the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada condemns any Serbian nationalist politics that continue to accuse innocent individuals of this crime to cover Mile Dubajic’s role in the death of all those soldiers. We expect the court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to take appropriate procedures in regards to the case against Mile Dubajic and others who participated in the 1992 crime in Tuzla.
We cannot forget the names of those responsible for the crime that day because they are still out of the hands of justice.

In the name of all victims of aggression and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada urges that it is time for unity and a organization against antifascists and antifascist ideas for the sake of human dignity in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Victims of genocide and aggression are IRGC’s main reason and inspiration for fighting against these ideologies.
