IGC: BiH Consul General in Chicago Tatjana Telić promotes RS entity and serves secessionist agenda

The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada (IGC) has issued a strong criticism and public appeal to the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina over what it describes as the continued anti-state, ethnic and ethno-party diplomacy of Tatjana Telić, Consul General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Chicago.

The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada (IGC / IGK) issued a public appeal to the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina criticizing Tatjana Telić, the Consul General of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Chicago, for promoting the Republika Srpska (RS) entity and aligning with secessionist policies.

Key Details of the Appeal
The Trigger:
The criticism followed Telić’s presence alongside RS leader Milorad Dodik at the “CPAC Circle Retreat and Gala” in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, as well as participation in related events.

The Allegations:
The IGC stated that Telić used her official diplomatic status and state resources to advance ethno-party and separatist interests rather than official Bosnian state policy, making it appear as though the RS acts as an independent international actor.

The Demand:
The Institute argued that her actions breach diplomatic protocols and the Vienna Convention, urging the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to take concrete disciplinary or administrative measures against her.
