An insult to the victims of genocide

Considering the decision of the Judicial Council of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia on the acquittal of the war criminal Radovan Karadzic of charges on the execution of the crime of genocide in the municipalities of Bratunac, Foca, Kljuc, Prijedor, Sanski Most, Vlasenica and Zvornik, it is an insult to the victims of genocide and aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens. The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada would like to direct Mr. Oh-Gon Kwon to various sources of relevant international relevance which indicate that there was an aggression on the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Furthermore crimes against peace and security of its citizens were committed.  Under international humanitarian law the situation between 1992 to 1995 is defined as an international armed conflict on an independent and universally recognized Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in which an attack on the civilian population took place and it amounted to the worst crime – the crime of genocide.
