“What a gave travesty that, that the discriminatory nature of the population and property census in Bosnia and Herzegovina, compromises and denies a myriad of survivors, victims and witnesses of the horrendous atrocities which were the declared GENOCIDE which tormented, tortured and murdered so many. All violations of procedures and any manipulation by enumerators and/or the census committee concerning the said census, must be rectified to produce a just and lawful expression of actual fact. The presentation of an unacceptable population and property census by the International Monitoring Team, must not be permitted to remain unchallenged. A team in favour of any one, particular ethnic/religious group, can only call to question, any biased results. The exclusion/denial of Bosniaks citizens basic human rights, is a sufficiently serious miscarriage of justice, to eventually contribute to the rise of future aggression, if not addressed, causing yet greater suffering for all concerned. Therefore, absolute protection of the human rights of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be sought against any and all violations in processes employed during the establishment of the current Population and Property Census of Bosnia and Herzegovina; culminating in the creation of an honest, truthful, factually inclusive census”.
